Refund Policy 

  • If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern. We will give you a refund or credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided in the original payment method used or as in-store credit.

    All refunds are subject to manager approval.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@sweetpeasprouts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll will determine the best method to refund you at that time.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We do not require returns of food products to initiate a refund. We do require returns of non-food items such as books and merchandise to provide a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to call or email us immediately, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (up to three business days) .
